Sund Rock Marine Preserve

Summary: Nestled in a cove of the Hood Canal, Sund Rock Marine Preserve is one of Washington's best dive sites. With easy entry, vibrant marine life and dramatic cold water wall diving, it is easily one of our favorite dive sites to date. Divers can explore the north or south walls, and a shallow basin in between; the site varies from 20' to 110' and has primarily all natural feature. The area is a marine preserve and has limited entry (resrevation based) is closed to fishing, and is actively maintained by the Sund family. The site is vast, plan for two tanks and spend the day enjoying the beautiful Hood Canal!
