• Medical Questionnaire and physician sign off are required for paricipation. Absence of proof of physician's authorization prior to the course start date will result in an automatic cancellation of the course, and are subject to no refund.

• Class payments are fully refundable with notification more than 14 days from class start date*, 50% refundable within 7 days of class start date*. Cancellations with less than 7 days of class start date may not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of notice of cancellation.
