Emergency First Response
CPR and First Aid Certification
Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care is a CPR and emergency first aid class designed to leach you the skills needed to assist an injured person, either on the dive site or another area. Fast response to a CPR emergency can greatly increase a victim’s chances of survival while first aid skills can save lives and reduce the chances of a more serious injury while waiting for first responders to arrive. We’ll start off with knowledge development via independent learning before meeting up for hands on practice. We break down the steps for CPR and emergency first aid to make skills easy to remember and practice.
Emergency First Response Secondary Care (first aid) covers injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life threatening. Participants focus on secondary assessment and first aid through knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice.
